Out-of-hours emergency

Exclusively for Baxter Hoare clients we offer an emergency out-of-hours service for those last minute travel arrangements or changes to your plans that cannot wait until our office re-opens. Please note that this service is provided by highly skilled and trained staff, using the latest technology, to help with urgent out-of-hours requests, therefore it is a chargeable service.
 

Airport hospitality

Waiting in long queues with your luggage or looking for the taxi rank after arrival are not necessarily the most enjoyable experiences when travelling by air. We can ease this experience for you or your colleagues by arranging for someone to meet you and guide you through all the procedures and formalities at many of the worlds airports.
 

Car/taxi hire and chauffeur services
